Authors Guidelines

OPJU Business Review is a double blind peer reviewed annual journal. The Editor Invites research based, empirical, case study, applied or conceptual papers, and extracts of PhD thesis from academicians, research scholars and professionals. The selected papers shall be published in different functional areas of management. Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the committee and process may take 30 to 90 days for review.

Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the instructions given in the authors' guidelines. Manuscripts which do not conform to the format and style of the Journal may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected.

The Journal reserves the right to make any further formal changes and language corrections necessary in a manuscript accepted for publication so that it conforms to the formatting requirements of the Journal.

General Guidelines:

  • The first page of the article should contain full name of authors with designation and correspondence address (Both Institution and residential)
  • The research must be original in nature and is neither published nor under consideration for publication anywhere else.
  • The review process may take 30 to 90 days and the status would be known after.
  • The abstract should not be more than 200-300 words and it should adequately describe the work and highlight its significance. Avoid the use of abbreviation and reference in the abstract. The abstract should be followed by relevant keywords.
  • The main paper (Manuscripts) should not exceed more than 6,000 words (including tables, figures & references)

Abstract & Manuscript :

  • Article should be typed in 12 point - Times New Roman Fonts English with a one and half space and single column with 1 Margin on a Standard A4 size Paper. The Page numbers should be at the center of every page. All headings & sub headings must be in bold letters.
  • Table should be numbered consecutively, the title of the table should be placed above the table. The source should be indicated at the bottom.
  • Figures should be numbered consecutively, the title of the figure should be placed below the figure. The source should be indicated at the bottom.
  • All the tables, charts, graphs, diagrams should be in black and not in colors.
  • Footnotes, italics, and quotation marks should be kept to the minimum.
  • Referencing must follow APA style.
