Application No: 201921035528 A Publication Date: 01/11/2019 International classification: C10M12/18 Title of the invention: PROCESS FOR SYNTHESIS OF CE3+, EU2+ CO-DOPED BASIF6 PHOSPHOR Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for synthesis of Ce3+, Eu2+ co-doped BaSiF6 phosphor. Here in it is synthesized by low temperature solution combustion method at 500 ± 20 C using urea as a fuel. Photoluminescence characterization of Eu2+ doped phosphor shows a highly blue emission at max 460 nm under the excitation of 287 nm. The phosphors and the Ce3+ ions give little broadband emission in the UV range at 344 nm on exciting it at 300 nm. A broad PL excitation peak is obtained on co-doping Ce3+ with Eu2+ in the range of 300-425 nm highest intensity at 362 nm gives broad blue emission at 440 nm. This finds potential applications in the blue emitting phosphor converted WLEDs and optical display systems. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing XRD pattern of BASIF6 phosphor on doping/co-doping of Ce3+, Eu2+.

Abstract: Techniques of green fabrication of stable lead free bismuth based perovskite solar cells using a nontoxic solvent Placing a green film of uninterred Li-stuffed garnet precursor materials on top of a Li-stuffed garnet setter plate. Providing a green film comprising a Li-stuffed garnet or the chemical precursors to a Li-stuffed garnet. The green film is in proximity to a Li-stuffed garnet setter such that the setter prevents the loss of Li from the sintering green film. The build platform is selectively movable to the imaging device to accommodate the formation of multiple layers of the powder composite component. A lead-free low-melting-point glass composition having a softening point of lower as a second endothermic peak temperature by differential thermal analysis.
