The School of Science successfully organized an Alumni Talk on “Placement Strategy & Industry Expectations” on February 13, 2026. The session featured distinguished alumni Ms. Chetna Patel and Ms. Himanshi Sharma, currently associated with Vedanta Ltd.. They shared valuable insights into corporate work culture, recruitment processes, competency mapping, and strategic preparation for campus placements. They elaborated on key industry expectations, including technical proficiency, communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving ability, and professional ethics. They also provided practical guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and aligning academic learning with organizational requirements. The Alumni Talk proved to be an enriching platform, strengthening the institution–alumni–industry connect and supporting students in their transition from academia to the professional domain.
