Admission Process

  • Apply (Online/Offline) for the programs at OPJU School of Engineering, School of Management, and School of Science.
  • Application should be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee:

    1. ₹1,000 for Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate Programs

    2.₹3,000 for Doctoral Programs

    Payable via Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Demand Draft (DD), Bank Transfer, or UPI.
  • A merit list will be announced for eligible candidates for each round. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to appear for counselling. Upon fulfillment of requisite conditions, eligibility, and document verification, a provisional admission offer letter will be issued. The candidate must deposit the fee within the stipulated date.
  • One-Time Deposit (OTD) of ₹10,000 needs to be paid (for all courses) within the time mentioned in the offer letter.

    1. OTD will be adjusted toward the enrollment fee on confirmation of admission.

    2. If admission is cancelled by the student, the OTD will be non-refundable.

  • If the candidate doesn’t pay the full fee by the stipulated date, the admission will be deemed cancelled, and the seat will become available for the next round of counselling.
  • There will be three rounds of counselling. Any remaining unfilled seats will be filled on a rolling counselling basis (First-come, first-served).
  • The University reserves the right to cancel admission at any stage of the process without notice if the student does not meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the chosen program.
