Faculty Profile
Dr. Ajay Kumar is an accomplished scholar specializing in Corporate Sustainability, Non-Financial Reporting, Sustainability Strategy, and CSR Policy. He has completed his PhD in Corporate Sustainability from the Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad. Dr Kumar has research interests in various fields, including Corporate Sustainability Strategy, Text Mining, Empirical Finance, Environment Social and Governance (ESG), Behavioral Finance, and Behavioral Economics. He has worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad and the Central University of Haryana. He has also held positions as an Assistant Professor at KPR College of Arts Science and Research, Coimbatore, and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at OP Jindal University, Raigarh. Dr Kumar has numerous publications in SSCI and ABDC-indexed journals and is actively involved in research, having worked on several projects related to Corporate Social Responsibility and Weather Based Crop Insurance, among others. He also appeared at several national and international conferences.
