Dr. Saurabh Gupta is working as an Assistant Professor, Marketing area at School of Management, OP Jindal University. He has earlier associated with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Invertis University, Bareilly. He has a Ph. D in Management from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and has 9 years of research and teaching experience. He received an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA in Marketing from Bundelkhand University. He has been awarded Senior Research Fellowship and Junior Research Fellowship in the discipline of Management as well as Human Resource Management by the University Grant Commission.His teaching interests include Service Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Digital and social media Marketing, Business Research Methods, and Multivariate Data Analysis. He has edited one book in the area of Tourism Management. He has published various articles in ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science/ SSCI/ ESCI, UGC Care listed journals. He is an active researcher and his scholarly contributions are in the area of consumer behavior, services marketing and strategic marketing. He is well acquainted with the various statistical softwares such as SPSS, AMOS, STATA, MS Excel, etc.
