OP Jindal University has established an "Intel Intelligent Systems Lab" in association with FICE (Foundation of Innovation and Creative Education, University of California, Berkeley and Cornell University ILR) and Intel inc. It's first of its kind in the state of CG and one more step forward towards our commitment to create a coherent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Oriented Education System.
The Intel Intelligent Systems Lab has been set up with following broad objectives :
- To develop industry capable talent pool, start-up community and technology leaders.
- To create an ecosystem for innovation to thrive and embrace entrepreneurship
- To build innovative applications and domain capability across verticals for country’s needs such as Smart City, Smart Health, Smart Manufacturing, Smart Agriculture, etc.
- To provide environment for product creation, testing and also for validation & incubation

Activities
The lab acts as a centralized facility for all disciplines of Engineering & Technology . Following are the regular activities carried under this lab :
- Partnership with industries / academia and engage in academic & research projects
- Conduction of short term courses training / internship courses for students
- Organization Guest Lectures, Invited talks , STTP and FDPs
- Promotion of interdisciplinary projects and research
- Organize various student centric contests and sessions
