The Learning Resource Centre of OP Jindal University consists of a Central Library and six departmental libraries which collectively support the teaching, research and value-addition programs of the University.
The Learning Resource Centre is a soul to the University and includes a large section of expensive encyclopedias, reference books and a large number of text books related to the courses being run in the University. It’s just not a place of reading but it provides a conducive environment where students could learn through books, discussions and debates. The Library is housed in a state of the art infrastructure and well equipped with library management software and technologies. The Library uses Smart Campus software package which is an integrated multi-user library management system that supports all in-house operations of the Library.

The Digital Library has been installed with 20 dual monitor systems to access institutional repositories. It’s a unique design that helps students learning, keeping track of thins, taking notes etc on another monitor and later on archive it for future use. The library page provides links to various libraries, local, national and foreign newspapers, electronic journals, and electronic books, Collection of CD & DVD, NPTEL Video Lecture research guides by subject and many free internet resources.
OPJU Digital Library, has setup OPJU-NPTEL Local chapter on Feb 2017. The main objective of this OPJU-NPTEL Local Chapter is to offer opportunities to learn from the best professors of the world and enable students to obtain certification programme and make employable or pursue a suitable higher education. Prof AS Chandel, Department of CSE, OPJU is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for this chapter.
Library subscribes to various electronic databases and online journals of national and international repute. Besides this, the students/ faculty/ staff can access the resources of National Digital Library of India (NDL) which consist of > 7 lakh books, 3 lakh research papers, 95.000 + theses.

EBSCOhost, is a fee-based online research service with 375 full-text databases, a collection of 600,000-plus ebooks, subject indexes, point-of-care medical references, and an array of historical digital archives.
J-Gate provides seamless access to millions of journal articles available online offered by 12,885 Publishers. It presently has a massive database of journal literature, indexed from 45,815 e-journals with links to full text at publisher sites.
Developing Library Network (DELNET) is a major Resource Sharing Library Network in "South Asia". It networks more than 900 libraries in India and Six other Countries and offers access to about fifty lakh records of Books, Journals, Articles, and other documents.
The IEEE Xplore digital library is a powerful resource for discovery of and access to scientific and technical content published by the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and its publishing partners. IEEE Xplore provides web access to more than three-million full-text documents from some of the world's most highly cited publications in electrical engineering, computer science and electronics. More than two-million documents are in robust, dynamic HTML format.
SPRINGER covers all the disciplines of applied sciences, engineering sciences, medical & allied sciences. It includes journal articles, books and reference works.
ASCE E-Journals package includes 33 journals, more than 7,000 papers per year of all the areas of civil engineering research and practice.
ASME E-Journals package includes research articles and conference proceedings covering all the areas of mechanical engineering.
KNIMBUS provides an online platform for scholarly communication providing access to cutting edge scholarly content to the researchers with the recent developments in their respective fields and tools to share knowledge with peers globally.
