The Department of Civil Engineering has organized two-weeks workshop on “AUTO CAAD” from 16th -26th March 2021 at University campus. The workshop aims to provide adequate hands on (AUTO CAAD) to make participants robust engineer and aligned to cater the demand from construction industries.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering has established a collegiate club of SAE (Society for Automotive Engineers) with an objective of benefiting the students in aligns with SAEINDIA in the field of the mobility industry. INTERBIZ consulting has organized a campus drive for B.Tech (Computer Science Engineering) students of OPJU on 17th March 2021. Selection has been done on the basis of Aptitude test, Technical and Programing test and fallowed by personal interview. However, the results are awaited.
OP Jindal University, Raigarh congratulates the Department of Metallurgical Engineering for organizing an Online National Metals Quiz (NMQ) 2021 in association with Indian Institute of Metals (IIM) Raigarh Chapter and Material Advantage Chapter (MAC) - USA, OPJU Chapter on March 24, 2021. The quiz was organized for final year students of 10 th/12 th, Diploma and BTech. There were about 1000 participants and were from more than 15 different states of India. Apart from these there were also international participants from countries like Germany, South Africa and Indonesia. Dr. M. Kalyan Phani and Prof. Izhar Hussain has served as Conveners for the quiz.
